Terms and Conditions

 

Of contract of Hire

 

The person named on the booking form for the purpose of English law shall be from here on know as the hirer and dreams group or any if its agents or contractors shall be known as the company. The company will only except bookings subject to the following terms of hire and as such reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking not compliant with the following:

 

1.The hirer by signing this contract or agreeing to the commencement of hire shall agree to pay in full all monies owed and to be bound by the terms and conditions of hire.

2.The company and the hirer agree to enter into a contract which shall be in effect for a period of seven days or more in accordance with section 75 (1) (b) of the Local government miscellaneous provisions act 1976

3.The company will set a price for the journey detailed on the booking form should the hirer during the course of the hire change in anyway that journey it will be subject to an increased price which should be paid in full before the completion of the hire.

4.Should the hirer be in anyway unhappy with the quality or nature of the vehicles supplied under this contract they should notify there driver before the commencement of hire and as such the company will not enter into any discussion of such a nature of discount or refund in the event that the hirer fails to comply with this condition. Any attempts buy the hirer to withhold payment for this reason where the hirer has failed to notify the driver of there dissatisfaction prior to the commencement of the journey will be treated as an attempt to obtain services by means of deception and in the event the hirer leaves the vehicle without making full payment the hirer will be reported to the police for making off without payment

5.The company will only accept on payment of a fifty-pound non-refundable deposit, which is required within seven days of making a booking, in the event of late payment of any deposit the company reserve the right to amend or cancel any booking without liability.

6.The company will accept cancellation of a booking only subject to seven days written notification failure by the hirer to give the required notice will result in the hirer being liable for the full amount of the hire which is payable within seven day of the date of hire.

7.The company reserve the right to alter or amend any point of pick up or drop off without notice or liability in the event that the company considers it to be of a danger to the safety of the hirer, driver or the vehicle.

8.The company reserve the right to terminate the hire immediately in the event of any occurrences of unsuitable behaviour or misconduct without liability or refund matters of this nature the company support the driver’s decision as final.

9.The company reserve the right to impose a penalty of one hundred pounds in the event of any person soiling the vehicle whilst in the hire of the hirer, the hirer is required to make immediate payment of such penalty, in the case of inability to pay we reserve the right to increase the amount in order to recover any losses involved as a result of loss of income or in collection of any amount owing.

10.In the event of that the hirer or any member of there party should cause damage to the vehicle or any part of its contents the hirer will be responsible to pay the full amount of the damage that being not less than fifty pounds. That amount must be paid within seven day of the hire date in the event of non payment the company reserve the right to commence legal action to recover any monies owing and the hirer maybe liable to prosecution for criminal damage.

11.The company ask that the hirer or any member of there party leave no personal items in the vehicle in the event that the hirer or any member of there party do infact leave any items in the vehicle we remind the hirer that they are left solely at the owners risk and the company can in no way be held liable for any loss however caused.

12.The company reserve the right to cancel any booking without liability in situations beyond its control, although the company will take all reasonable measures to prevent disappointment In such an event were the hirer has not broken any of the terms and conditions of the hire agreement they will receive a full refund or any deposit paid

13.The company reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle of similar suitability without notification or liability although the company will take all reasonable measures to prevent disappointment.

14.In the event that the hirer or any member of there party are late arriving at the vehicle the company reserve the right to leave after a suitable waiting period or charge an amount of one pound per minute as a waiting charge which is payable to the driver before the driver continues the journey. 

 

I the hirer have read and understand the terms and conditions of hire and agree to be bound by the above I also understand by entering into the hire I am entering into a legally binding contract and that I am over the age of 18 years and legally able to enter into this agreement.
